About Woulbroun Construction...
Based on a desire to deliver honest high quality craftsmanship to the custom building market, John Woulbroun founded Woulbroun Construction, Inc. in 2001. John is aided by his previous experiences including a Bachelors degree from the University of California Santa Barbara. After attaining his degree, John decided to satisfy his desire to build. After several years building high end custom cabinetry and furniture, he went into general construction becoming proficient in concrete, framing and all types of finish carpentry. Working for the most demanding of clients in the Montecito and Hope Ranch areas of Santa Barbara, John developed a keen sense for attention to detail and project efficiency while fulfilling customer desires and staying within a budget.
With a commitment to superior construction and services, Woulbroun Construction, Inc. serves the Central Coast building custom homes, additions, remodels and commercial projects. We work through the design review and plan development to ensure the customer is able to interpret plans and envision the building that will become their own. We maintain a presence on the jobsite from rough grading through the final finishing touches to ensure efficient construction and clear, timely communication. Assembling a group of subcontractors that understands and appreciates our dedication to superior workmanship has proven essential to our success. We take pride in maintaining an open and honest communication enabling the customer to understand the different phases of construction and be involved in building their vision.
